Fruit Crumble 350g fruit 50g butter 100g flour 50g sugar 1. Heat oven to 190°C, 375°F, gas mark 5. 2. Place sweetened fresh fruit or canned fruit into an ovenproof dish 3. Rub butter into the flour until it resembles bread crumbs. 4. Add sugar, mix thoroughly and spread over the top of the fruit. 5. Bake for about 30 minutes until the fruit is cooked.
