Yorkshire puddings 100g plain flour pinch of salt 1 egg 300ml milk 15g fat 1. Heat oven to 230°C, 450°F, gas mark 8 2. Heat fat in a shallow tin or 12 small tins. Place in the oven to heat until hot. 3. Pour the batter mix into the tins. Bake for about 20 minutes until risen and golden. Tip Add Yorkshire pudding mix to partly baked sausages for Toad in the Hole- a delicious family meal.
