School Fund Audit

If any parent is able to audit our small school fund account or knows of a firm that would audit the account we would be very grateful. Please contact the school office if you can help. Thank you.

Uniform

"At this years Summer Fayre, Sunday 11th July, the PTA will be selling good quality used school uniform.
If you have any uniform that you would like to donate,please place it in the container outside the community room entrance (old school entrance) on any Friday prior to the Summer Fayre.This is a perfect opportunity to have a good sort out and pass on any unrequired uniform whilst helping to raise funds for school."

Drinks

Please could we ask you to ensure that your child has a drink for break and lunchtime and that they have a water bottle for the classroom. Thank you.

The PTA is busy organising the Summer Fayre which will take place on Sunday July 11th 2-4pm. Generous companies have yet again supported us by donating some great raffle prizes which will help us to reach our fundraising target this year of £10 000.

We have a vacancy for a lunchtime supervisor. Please leave your name and contact number at the school office if you are interested.

World Cup—England Game

Wednesday 23rd June at 3.00 p.m.

If you would like to collect your child from school for the England match on Wednesday, please complete the form below and return it to the school office.

Children may be collected at 2.30 p.m.

Infant children (Year 2 and below) may be collected from the usual exit near the school office.

Junior parents (Years 3-6) are requested to wait on the junior playground until their child is sent to them.

Please note that children will only be released early if an adult is collecting them.

ONE GOAL

As part of the World Cup topic, year 3/4 are taking part in the “One Goal Scheme” which is campaigning to get every child in the world into education. Signatures will be sent to Governments all around the world to support this aim. A signature sheet will be available in the reception area, if you would like to support this cause.

Parent Information Evenings

On Thursday 8th July, we shall be holding meetings for parents regarding your

child’s year group for September:-

Y1 & 2 (current Reception and Y1) 6.00pm

Y3 & 4 (current Y2 & 3) 6.30pm

Y5 & 6 (current Y4 & 5) 7.00pm

School Meals

The cost of a school meal is £2.10 per day. This week is week 3 on the menu.

Temporary Tattoos

Please may we ask that you remove any temporary tattoos before children come into school because they are not part of our school uniform. Thank you.
