ICT

ICT is an essential basic skill for the 21st century. From the early years, children develop their knowledge and understanding of the technological world around them. ICT is used throughout the curriculum wherever possible. For many children it is a highly motivating medium and enables them to be truly independent learners.

The ICT curriculum is planned and prepared by the staff with the support of the QCA document, which builds upon previously gained knowledge and skills to provide children with an excellent basis on which to build. Topics such as instructions, data handling, databases, e-mail, word-processing and Art are all covered through the ICT curriculum.
