Year 3/4 Swimming

Every Friday morning one of the year  3/4 classes  goes to the Friary High School and is taught to swim with floats, rings and arm bands provided leading to County and A.S.A. Awards. The children go swimming for 10 weeks each academic year.

All children must wear a swimming hat and remove all jewellery before entering the pool. Boys must wear trunks and NOT swimming shorts. Girls should wear suitable one piece swimming costumes. If children have verucas they MUST wear a veruca sock which can be purchased from any leisure centre/swimming pool.

Swimming hats with the school logo can be purchased from the school office at a cost of £1.00
