Learning Theme for the Autumn term:
‘Stranded’
Year 5/6 find themselves stranded in
the Amazon rainforest.
During their time there they learn
about the water cycle, the formation of rivers, how to build the best
shelter and learn about the rain forest itself. Will they survive ?
Literacy Themes Autumn term:
Through the themed learning the
children will develop their understanding and have opportunities to

An athletics team comprising of
year 5/6 boys and girls competed at Chasetown Sports
College to try to win a place in the country finals. We competed
extremely well and came a credible 5th place. Well done to all
those who took part ! |
