At Whittington Primary & Nursery School, we value and understand the importance of Physical Education and offer a broad, inclusive curriculum to develop knowledge and physical literacy. Our curriculum supports children so they can perform with increasing competence and confidence in a range of individual, team and competitive activities. PE is integral to supporting our pupils’ understanding of how to lead a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally and the development of key skills such as communication, teamwork and resilience, which will remain with them for life.
