Every Friday at Whittington we have a ‘Star of the Week’ Achievement Assembly. Two children per class is awarded a ‘Star of the week’ badge and are awarded a postcard. These are presented to reward pupils for their achievements and are related to our School Values.   

In addition to this, a special postcard may be awarded by a teacher to be sent home from Mrs Leeson or Mrs Jakeman to celebrate an additional achievement.

Pupils are also asked to bring in awards or certificates that they have achieved outside of school. These are then shared in the assemblies with the rest of the school.
